IBM appoints Siris Capital co-founder Frank Baker to board

Baker is Siris’ managing partner, overseeing the firm’s portfolio and investment strategy across technology, telecommunications and data-focused companies. He previously served as a managing director at Ripplewood Holdings and began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs.
