Icade H1 net loss widens to EUR 155.9 million; revenue falls 4.7% to EUR 600.8 million

Icade posted a first-half net loss attributable to shareholders of EUR 155.9 million, widening from a loss a year earlier.
Cash-flow net current fell 11.4% to EUR 136.6 million, or EUR 1.80 per share; strategic cash-flow net current slid 19.8% to EUR 87.6 million.
Guidance and transactions
Icade confirmed 2026 cash-flow net current guidance of EUR 2.90-EUR 3.10 per share; completed the EUR 402 million Marignan sale, and bought full ownership of Tour Eqho.
Balance sheet and liquidity
Loan-to-value (including duties) edged down 0.6 percentage point to 39%; liquidity stood at EUR 2.5 billion, supported by a EUR 150 million 2035 bond.
