ICICI Bank lists USD 750 million senior notes on India INX, NSE IFSC, SGX-ST

USD 750 million senior notes listed across multiple venues

ICICI Bank completed issuance of USD 750 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes under its USD 7.5 billion global medium-term note program.

The notes are to be listed on India International Exchange IFSC, NSE IFSC, and SGX-ST, expanding the instrument’s trading venues.

SGP Global Ratings rated the notes BBB; Moody’s Ratings assigned Baa3.
