ICL Group announces annual shareholder meeting
ICL•Annual meeting scheduled in Tel Aviv
ICL Group will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders in Tel Aviv on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the re-election of directors to serve until the next annual meeting.
The meeting will also vote on reappointing Somekh Chaikin, a KPMG International member firm, as independent auditor.
