ICL shifts to end-market structure with four divisions starting 2027

ICL will reorganize into an end-market operating model effective Jan. 1, 2027, sharpening management focus on Food activities.

The structure will shift to four divisions: Growing Solutions, Nutrition Solutions, Industrial Products, and Essential Minerals.

Financial reporting will move to four operating segments from the period beginning Jan. 1, 2027.

The board took the action on Aug. 4, 2026. The changes align with the corporate strategy update published in November 2025.

The company also released unaudited historical segment sales, totaling $2,135 million in Q2 2026, with operating income of $266 million.
