Idaho Copper names Robert Scannell executive chairman, taps Bruce Harmon as CFO

Idaho Copper named Robert Scannell executive chairman, shifting from chief financial officer; he founded Tradewinds Investment Management LP.

Scannell is set to focus on capital markets strategy and financing as the company advances the CuMo copper-molybdenum-silver project in Idaho.

Bruce Harmon was appointed chief financial officer, promoted from controller; he has more than 45 years of public and private company finance experience.

Harmon is president and owner of Lakeport Business Services since 2008, providing CFO services to more than 150 clients.

He previously worked at Amoco Minerals in the mining industry, supporting corporate accounting and coal-mine operations analysis.
