Ideal Power agreed with Lazzen to supply B-TRAN solid-state breakers for AI data centers and secured a LOI for global B-TRAN module production, with EV contactors for Stellantis due mid-2026. It holds 100 B-TRAN patents, no long-term debt and raised $12.6 million in new capital.

1. Strategic Partnerships Accelerate Commercialization

Ideal Power has entered a multi-year cooperation with Lazzen to co-design and market B-TRAN-enabled circuit protection products, including solid-state breakers for AI data centers. The company also signed a letter of intent with an Asian power module manufacturer for global B-TRAN module production and is advancing EV contactor programs with Stellantis, targeting key deliverables by mid-2026.

2. Financial Strength Bolsters Growth Initiatives

With 100 issued B-TRAN patents worldwide and no long-term debt, Ideal Power reinforced its balance sheet through a $12.6 million capital raise earlier this year. This funding positions the company to accelerate commercialization across data centers, energy storage and electric vehicle markets.
