Comparable operating margin rose 110 basis points to 35%, aided by recurring revenue mix, productivity, and favorable product costs; EPS was $4.27.
Full-year guidance increased to revenue of $4.7 billion-$4.75 billion, organic growth of 8.5%-9.7%, and EPS of $14.69-$14.94.

Performance reflected higher testing volumes despite a 1.3% decline in U.S. same-store clinical visits; net price improvement ran about 4% globally.
