IEH sets CFO Purkayastha's annual base salary at $293,950 under new employment agreement
IEHC•IEH entered into a new employment agreement with CFO Subrata Purkayastha, setting annual base salary at $293,950 from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. She is eligible for a bonus of up to 100% of base salary and will receive 35,000 immediately vested options.
1. Agreement terms
IEH entered into the agreement with Chief Financial Officer Subrata Purkayastha on October 23, 2026. It provides for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 100% of base salary and 35,000 immediately vested options exercisable at $29.60 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. Termination without cause or resignation for good reason triggers 24 months of base salary and health and welfare coverage for up to 24 months.
