IFF agreed to sell its botanical extracts, vitamins and minerals, natural colors and antioxidants, food enhancement activities to SuanNutra.
The assets include certain localized flavor activities in Peru. The portfolio generated about $170 million in revenue in 2025.
The business employs about 600 people and operates five manufacturing facilities across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.
