IGC•IGC Pharma completed enrollment in its Phase 2 CALMA trial of IGC-AD1 for agitation in Alzheimer’s dementia and expects topline results in Q4 2026.
1. Trial enrollment complete
The trial is designed to test whether IGC-AD1 reduces agitation versus placebo over six weeks. Final patient dosing is expected to finish in early November, ahead of database lock and unblinding. Blinded safety reviews have supported continuing the study without changes, with no treatment-related serious adverse events flagged so far.
