- IHG Hotels & Resorts partnered with Alphanam Group on The Residences at InterContinental Sapa Resort in Sapa, Lao Cai Province.
- The project marks the first InterContinental branded residences in Northwest Vietnam, within the 83-hectare Alphora Muong Hoa resort complex.
- The development comprises 79 branded villas tied to the future InterContinental Sapa Resort, with access to hotel services.
- Upon completion, it is expected to be InterContinental’s highest-altitude branded residential villa project globally.
- The deal adds to IHG’s branded residences pipeline; 35 projects are open or in sales phases across 19 countries as of June 30, 2026.
