IHG signs 15-hotel Staybridge Suites development deal with Australia’s ALAND

First franchise deals cover Staybridge Suites Sydney Parramatta with 130 rooms and Staybridge Suites Sydney Leppington with 112 rooms.
Signature Hotel Management Group will manage both Greater Western Sydney properties.
The deal expands IHG’s Australian extended-stay footprint, building on the recently opened 130-room voco Gosford in ALAND’s Archibald precinct.
Master development agreement with ALAND
IHG signed a master development agreement with ALAND to launch Staybridge Suites in Australia, targeting at least 15 hotels.
The planned portfolio totals at least 2,000 rooms, giving ALAND exclusive rights to develop the brand nationwide.
