IHG, SKS Group sign deal to convert Perth office building into 103-room hotel
IHG•IHG and SKS Group signed an agreement on October 26, 2026, to convert a former Perth office building into a 103-room Holiday Inn Express. The project will bring their combined Perth portfolio to 273 rooms; a 170-room Holiday Inn Express Cockburn is preparing to open in December 2026.

IHG and SKS Group signed an agreement on October 26, 2026, for a 103-room Holiday Inn Express at 178 St Georges Terrace in Perth’s central business district. The project will convert the former Singapore Airlines House office building.
2. Portfolio plans
This is SKS Group’s second Australian hotel with IHG, bringing their combined Perth portfolio to 273 rooms. The 170-room Holiday Inn Express Cockburn is preparing to open in December 2026.
