IHS Towers Q2 FY26 turns to IFRS net loss of USD 7.5 million; revenue from continuing operations rises 10.4% to USD 428.6 million
IHS•Asset sales completed and MTN deal moves forward
The company completed disposals of a 51% I-Systems stake in May and Latin American tower operations in August.
Shareholders also backed MTN’s acquisition, which is targeted to close in 2026.
Second-quarter revenue rises, but results swing to loss
IHS Holding posted second-quarter revenue from continuing operations of USD 428.6 million, up 10.4% year on year.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) slipped 1.3% to USD 245.3 million, while results swung to an IFRS net loss of USD 7.5 million.
Cash flow and leverage improve despite lower operating cash
Adjusted levered free cash flow (non-IFRS) rose 5.9% to USD 57.1 million; cash from operations fell 20.4% to USD 202.1 million.
Capital expenditure dropped 15.2% to ; the consolidated net leverage ratio (non-IFRS) was , down year on year.
