Illumina closes new $1 billion revolving credit facility
Illumina entered a new senior unsecured five-year revolving credit facility of $1 billion on Aug. 13, 2026.
Bank of America is administrative agent, issuing bank and swingline lender; the facility includes $50 million swingline and $75 million letters-of-credit sublimits.
Borrowings carry variable rates tied to term SOFR or an alternate base rate, with spreads that vary by debt rating.
Maturity is set for Aug. 13, 2031, with up to three one-year extensions; prepayment is allowed without premium or penalty.
The new facility replaced and terminated Illumina’s January 2023 credit agreement; no borrowings were outstanding at signing.
