Illumina will hold a dismissal hearing in Wilmington, Delaware on Nov. 2, 2026, in a stockholder lawsuit tied to the GRAIL acquisition.
The court will consider whether to grant a proposed dismissal of the Icahn Partners-led action, with the case to be dismissed with prejudice for the plaintiffs.
The proposed dismissal would not bar other Illumina stockholders from pursuing related claims, leaving separate derivative actions pending in Delaware intact.
