IM Cannabis said it completed the sale of IMC Holdings to Slil.com Holding on Sept. 29, 2026, exiting its European-focused operations. Israeli operations were moved out of IMC Holdings before closing, and management’s unaudited pro forma analysis projected an roughly C$3 million increase in shareholders’ equity from the transaction.
