Immatics priced an underwritten follow-on offering to raise $150 million in gross proceeds.

• The deal includes 12,945,916 ordinary shares at $8.69 per share.
• Certain investors will buy pre-funded warrants for 4,315,304 shares at $8.689 each.
• Closing is expected Aug. 26, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
• The underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 2,589,184 additional shares.
