Immersion announces annual shareholder meeting

Immersion will hold its FY 2026 annual shareholder meeting on Oct. 7, 2026, in a virtual-only format.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors.

Ballots also cover ratification of BDO USA as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending April 30, 2027.

An advisory vote on compensation for named executive officers is also scheduled.
