Immuneering reports preclinical support for atebimetinib combinations in pancreatic cancer
IMRX•IMRX•IMRX•IMRX•Immuneering will present preclinical data supporting atebimetinib combinations with targeted therapies for pancreatic cancer at a November 19 symposium poster spotlight. Atebimetinib is being evaluated in the Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 trial in first-line pancreatic cancer.
Immuneering will present new preclinical data on atebimetinib combinations at the EORTC-NCI-AACR symposium, scheduled for November 17-19, 2026. Pancreatic cancer findings support combinations with targeted therapies and will feature in a November 19 poster spotlight; findings in anaplastic thyroid cancer support combining atebimetinib with chemotherapy, with a presentation scheduled for November 18.
Phase 2 results presented at ASCO in June showed promising survival outcomes with atebimetinib plus chemotherapy in first-line pancreatic cancer. Atebimetinib is currently being evaluated in the Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 trial in first-line pancreatic cancer.
