Immunic appointed Elena Ridloff to its board, effective Aug. 6, 2026.
Ridloff is CFO at Sionna Therapeutics.
She previously served as EVP and CFO at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals, leading finance through commercial growth, business development, pipeline expansion, and raising $600 million.
Earlier roles include leading investor relations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, CEO of consulting firm BIOVISIO, and managing director at Maverick Capital focused on healthcare investments.
Ridloff also sits on Kymera Therapeutics’ board as audit committee chair and previously served on Kronos Bio’s board.
