- Phase 3 ENSURE-1 and ENSURE-2 trials in relapsing MS are fully enrolled; top-line results are expected by the end of 2026.
- U.S. NDA submission is targeted for mid-2027, with potential U.S. approval anticipated in 2028.
Progressive MS study and funding outlook
The Phase 2 CALLIPER study in progressive MS showed numerical reductions in confirmed disability worsening, along with signals for disability improvement. A Phase 3 program is in preparation.
Funding is expected into late 2027, and intellectual property protection is expected to extend up to 2044 in the U.S.
