ImmunityBio completed database lock for its 366-patient QUILT-2.005 trial, which compares ANKTIVA plus BCG with BCG alone in BCG-naïve non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Final efficacy analysis is underway, with topline results expected in November 2026. Previously reported interim results showed longer-lasting complete responses with the combination than with BCG alone. A supplemental FDA application seeking expansion into BCG-naïve disease remains on track for the fourth quarter of 2026.
