Immunome enters fourth amendment to Bristol-Myers Squibb license agreement on Oct. 2, 2026
IMNM•Immunome amended its license agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb, paying $20 million and issuing 4,425,487 shares. The amendment removes milestone and royalty obligations and assigns patent rights related to varegacestat and AL101.
1. Amendment terms
Immunome entered the fourth amendment to its license agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb on Oct. 2, 2026, according to an SEC filing. Immunome paid $20 million in cash and issued 4,425,487 shares as consideration; it has no further payment obligations to Bristol-Myers Squibb under the agreement.
