Immunome granted equity awards to 17 new employees on November 2, 2026, comprising options to purchase 206,700 shares and 103,350 restricted stock units.

1. Equity awards

The awards were made under Immunome’s 2024 Inducement Plan. The options vest over four years, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date and the balance monthly over 36 months; the RSUs vest in four equal annual installments. Both awards require continued service through the applicable vesting dates.
