Immunovant Q1 net loss widens
IMVT•Cash balance and analyst expectations
Immunovant said its cash balance supports IMVT-1402 development and potential launch in Graves’ disease.
The current average analyst rating on the shares is "buy," with 13 "strong buy" or "buy" recommendations, 3 "hold" ratings and no "sell" or "strong sell" ratings. Wall Street's median 12-month price target for Immunovant, Inc. is $47.00, about 19.7% above its August 5 closing price of $39.28.
Development timelines remain on track
The company said all IMVT-1402 clinical development timelines remain on track.
Immunovant expects topline data from the CLE proof-of-concept trial in the second half of 2026. Topline data for GD and MG trials are anticipated in 2027, and CIDP and SjD in 2028.
Q1 net loss widens on higher R&D expenses
Immunovant said its fiscal first-quarter net loss widened, missing analyst expectations.
Higher research and development expenses were mainly due to activities and contract manufacturing costs for IMVT-1402 clinical trials, while general and administrative costs declined year over year due to lower personnel-related expenses, professional fees, market research costs and IT costs.
