IMRN•Immuron will hold its annual general meeting on November 18, 2026, in Carlton South, Victoria. Shareholders will vote on placement capacity, incentive-plan limits, director elections and the remuneration report.

Immuron will hold its annual general meeting at Acclime Australia's offices in Carlton South, Victoria. Shareholders will vote on an additional 10% placement capacity, bringing the proposed capacity alongside the existing 15%, and a renewal of the Omnibus Incentive Plan that would raise its rolling three-year issuance cap to 12.5% from 5%. The agenda includes Jeannette Anne Joughin's re-election, Param Lally's candidacy—which the board opposes—and adoption of the remuneration report for the year ended June 30, 2026.
