Immutep's Efti combination maintains quality of life in Phase II sarcoma trial
IMMP•Immutep announced Phase II EFTISARC-NEO results showing stable quality of life during preoperative treatment in 40 patients with resectable soft tissue sarcoma. After surgery, patients reported improved quality of life, including reduced fatigue and better daily functioning.
1. Trial results
The trial evaluated eftilagimod alfa with pembrolizumab and radiotherapy. Quality of life remained stable during preoperative treatment, and patients reported significant improvements after surgery, including reduced fatigue and better daily functioning. Results are being presented at ESMO 2026 in Madrid, running October 23-27.
