Impala Platinum holds annual general meeting
Impala Platinum shareholders passed all resolutions at the annual general meeting held on October 29, 2026.
1. Resolutions approved
Shareholders approved resolutions authorizing the company to issue authorized but unissued shares for cash and permitting the company or a subsidiary to repurchase shares; neither resolution itself confirms that shares were issued or repurchased. They also approved board elections and re-elections, including those of July Ndlovu and Lucky Kgatle, the external auditor’s reappointment, and appointments to two board committees.
