Imunon Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $2.8 million

Imunon posted a GAAP net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.54 a share, for Q2 2026 versus a $2.7 million loss a year earlier.

• R&D expense rose 22.73% to $1.5 million.
• G&A expense fell 13.33% to $1.3 million.

OVATION 3 Phase 3 enrollment continues to outpace forecasts; completion is targeted for the first half of 2029 following Phase 2 survival results.

First-half GAAP net loss widened to $7.1 million, or $1.38 a share, from $6.8 million a year earlier.

Cash and cash equivalents slipped to $6.9 million at June 30, 2026, while operating cash burn increased to $7 million in the first half.
