Incyte announces KRAS G12D inhibitor trial data presentations at ESMO 2026

Incyte will present oncology data at the ESMO Congress in Madrid from October 23-27, 2026, including findings on its KRAS G12D inhibitor and other cancer-drug combinations.

1. Planned presentations

Incyte said presentations will cover INCB161734 in advanced colorectal and pancreatic cancers, INCA33890 combinations in microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer, and preliminary efficacy of INCB123667 with bevacizumab in recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. The findings inform ongoing Phase 3 development of its KRAS G12D inhibitor and TGFβR2×PD-1 antibody, research chief Pablo J. Cagnoni said.
