Tagg joins Independent Bank boards and audit committee
Independent Bank appointed Nathan E. Tagg to the boards of Independent Bank Corp., Independent Bank, and Highpoint Community Bank, effective July 21, 2026.
Tagg also joined the parent company’s audit committee.
He previously served on the boards of HCB Financial Corp. and Highpoint Community Bank until their acquisition on July 1, 2026.
Tagg is an attorney and partner at Tripp, Tagg & Storrs, practicing since 2009.
