1. Q4 Financial Performance

indie Semiconductor reported Q4 revenue of $58 million, an 8% sequential increase that surpassed the midpoint of its outlook by $1 million. The company reduced its non-GAAP operating loss to $10.1 million and ended the quarter with $155.7 million in cash and equivalents.

2. ADAS Radar Expansion

The Gen-8 77 GHz radar solution began initial shipments to a Tier-1 partner in December and earned traction with global OEMs across Europe, North America, Japan, China and India. Management expects the platform to address demand exceeding 50 million units annually and is expanding foundry and backend capacity to support the ramp.

3. Robotics and Vision Growth

indie’s vision SoC products have been adopted by Figure AI and Unitree for humanoid robotics applications, marking the company’s entry into a new market segment. Design wins include the IND880 vision SoC with a leading Chinese EV maker set to ramp mid-2026, leveraging DRAM-less architecture to reduce BOM costs.

4. Photonics, Quantum and Wuxi Sale

Photonics bookings, including distributed feedback lasers and LXM modules for quantum sensing, are poised to triple in 2026 following the company’s largest laser order to date. indie also has an agreement to sell its Wuxi operations for about $135 million, subject to China regulatory approval.
