- JBS NV entered a partnership with Indonesia sovereign fund arm Danantara Investment Management to invest in protein production across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand.
- DIM committed USD 2.5 billion for 25% of the joint venture, starting with USD 800 million at closing for about 9.64%.
