Industrial Logistics Properties Trust named Anthony Paula chief financial officer and treasurer effective Oct. 1, 2026.
- Paula is a vice president at The RMR Group, overseeing accounting, SEC reporting and corporate finance; he joined RMR in 2011.
- He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience across accounting, corporate finance, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance.
- Paula has served as vice president of Diversified Healthcare Trust since December 2024; he will resign that role in connection with the ILPT appointment.
- He will succeed Tiffany Sy, who will resign as CFO effective Sept. 30, 2026.
