Infinity Natural Resources named Cary Baetz executive vice president, chief financial officer, effective Aug. 12, 2026.

Baetz brings more than 30 years of financial leadership in energy, oilfield services and industrials, with experience in capital markets execution, M&A and scaling public-company finance systems.

Andrew Judge was appointed senior vice president of finance, effective Aug. 12, 2026.

Judge has more than 15 years in upstream oil and gas finance and engineering, with a background in capital markets, M&A, building investor relations and strategic finance functions.

Current CFO David Sproule will resign effective Aug. 12, 2026. His departure is not tied to disputes over operations, financial statements, policies or practices.
