Inflection Point Acquisition III shareholders approved Air Water business combination at extraordinary meeting

Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III held an extraordinary general meeting on July 29, 2026.

Shareholders adopted the business combination agreement with Air Water Ventures Holdings, covering a two-step merger structure. Investors also adopted the merger plan for the first merger.

Advisory votes backed proposed changes to PubCo’s organizational documents, including authorization for 499,870,000 ordinary shares and 130,000 Series A preferred shares.

The approvals authorize the transactions and document changes but do not confirm the mergers have closed.
