Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 3, 2026, in the Cayman Islands.
Shareholders will vote on approving the proposed business combination with GOWell Technology and related merger transactions involving GOWell Energy Technology.
The meeting also covers votes on organizational document proposals, an incentive plan proposal, and an adjournment proposal.
