Infleqtion lifts Q2 revenue after accounting adjustment shifts timing on two government contracts
INFQ•Q2 revenue revised higher after timing adjustment
Infleqtion filed a Form 12b-25 with updated Q2 2026 results, citing an immaterial accounting adjustment tied to two government contracts.
Revenue was revised to $13.5 million from $12.6 million due to a shift in the timing of revenue recognition.
Full-year guidance raised to reflect non-cash adjustments
The company said full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised to about $45.1 million from about $43 million to reflect non-cash accounting adjustments.
Prior-period financial statements for fiscal 2024 and 2025 were also adjusted for the same revenue recognition issue. Infleqtion said the adjustment had no impact on cash or operating cash flow, and that underlying business assumptions for 2026 were unchanged.
