Infosys expands Truist collaboration to scale global capability center in India
TFC•Infosys expanded its collaboration with Truist to support the bank’s AI-focused Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, India. The partners plan to celebrate the onboarding of more than 1,000 colleagues later this month.
1. Center collaboration
The expanded collaboration will help build, scale and transition a self-sustaining center integrating AI, technology and operations. Truist is consolidating capabilities delivered by multiple suppliers in India into an integrated operating model designed to reduce third-party dependence.
