Stratus’s team of over 450 experts delivers Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations, cloud migrations and managed services across the US, Canada and India.
2. Stratus Capabilities
Stratus brings deep domain expertise in personal, commercial, workers’ compensation and specialty lines, supported by industry accelerators for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter. Its data practice spans Guidewire CDA, Data Studio, DataHub, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, enabling complex AI-led transformations for insurers.
3. Strategic Fit
The acquisition bolsters Infosys’ AI-first core with Topaz offerings and expands its Cobalt cloud portfolio, enhancing capabilities in core modernization, claims automation, advanced underwriting and risk modeling. This integration aims to deliver faster, high-quality digital and data transformations at scale for global P&C clients.
4. Timeline and Conditions
