ING will redeem two series of SEC-registered Senior Notes on their contractual call date of Sept. 11, 2026.
- Redemption covers USD 500 million Callable Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2027.
- Also included: USD 1.25 billion 6.083% Callable Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2027.
- The notes will be redeemed in full at par, with payment due Sept. 11, 2026.
- Accrued and unpaid interest will be paid on the redemption date to holders of record as of Sept. 10, 2026.
