Ingles Markets director Brenda S. Tudor resigned from the board, effective Sept. 8, 2026.
Family health reasons were cited; there was no disagreement with the company’s operations, policies, or practices.
The board plans to add an independent director to the Audit Committee.
A new director is expected to be elected to fill the vacancy before Tudor’s resignation takes effect.
