Inhibrx Biosciences publishes presentation on ozekibart Phase 2 chondrosarcoma results
INBX•Inhibrx Biosciences published secondary efficacy results from its Phase 2 ChonDRAgon study. Median progression-free survival was 5.52 months with ozekibart versus 2.66 months with placebo, while disease control rates were 54% and 27.5%, respectively.

The presentation reports that independent review found median progression-free survival of 5.52 months with ozekibart, compared with 2.66 months with placebo, in advanced conventional chondrosarcoma. Disease control rates were 54% with ozekibart and 27.5% with placebo; ozekibart also delayed deterioration in pain and physical functioning. Grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 39% of ozekibart patients and 25.4% of those receiving placebo.
