Inhibrx to present ordastobart plus pembrolizumab Phase 2/3 HexAgon-HN data at ESMO Congress

Inhibrx will present the primary analysis of its Phase 2/3 HexAgon-HN study of ordastobart (INBRX-106) plus pembrolizumab at the ESMO Congress on Oct. 25, 2026. Secondary efficacy data from the Phase 2 ChonDRAgon study of ozekibart (INBRX-109) in conventional chondrosarcoma are scheduled for presentation at MSTS on Oct. 29. Updated subgroup and progression-free survival results for INBRX-109 are scheduled for CTOS on Nov. 20, with a Nov. 19 CTOS poster on INBRX-109 combined with irinotecan and temozolomide in Ewing sarcoma.
