Extraordinary general meeting set for Aug. 17, 2026
INLIF will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Quanzhou, China on Aug. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a major increase in authorized share capital to US$2.72 billion, covering 8,000,000,000 Class A shares, 500,000,000 Class B shares.
Proposals include adopting revised charter documents to reflect the capital increase, amend quorum terms, and make other updates.
Another vote would cut par value to US$0.0001, restructure authorized capital to US$850,000, and adopt updated charter documents reflecting the change.
Items also include ratifying Enrome LLP as auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026, and authorizing an adjournment if needed.
