INmune Bio Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $1.3 million; revenue is no revenue

- INmune Bio reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of about $1.3 million, narrowing from about $24.5 million a year earlier.
- R&D swung to a benefit of about $803,000 from an expense of about $5.8 million, on recognition of an additional Australian R&D tax rebate.
- G&A was about $2.3 million, little changed from a year earlier; cash and cash equivalents were about $18.4 million at June 30.
XPro clinical update
XPro received FDA Fast Track; Phase 2 MINDFuL showed a statistically significant MRI myelin biomarker effect (p=0.0028) supporting a registrational Phase 2b/3 protocol submission in Q4 2026.
Ebstrocel program progress
Management said MHRA alignment, PIP approval, and commercial-ready manufacturing reduced risk ahead of a planned UK MAA filing for Ebstrocel in RDEB.
