Mengshu Shao resigned as director and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 25, 2026.
Mei “Lily” Wang was named interim chief financial officer; she has been accounting manager at Lear Group since March 2026.
Wang previously held accounting manager roles at Jumboo Advisory from 2024 to 2026 and Nissho Development from 2021 to 2024.
Board change and background of new director
The board seat was filled by Junsheng “Johnny” Chen, vice president at ApexVest since June 2026, where he oversees electronic devices trading operations.
Chen previously served as deputy general manager at Shenzhen Shenhua Century Technology from 2020 to 2026.
