Innodata enters equity distribution agreement for up to $300 million at-the-market stock offering

Goldman Sachs, Craig-Hallum, Wells Fargo Securities, Maxim Group, and Wedbush will act as sales agents.

Sales may occur from time to time under company-set limits, and the company can suspend or terminate the program. Sales agents earn commissions of up to 2% of gross proceeds on shares sold under the agreement.
